Depending on which workshop crafts your piece, production ranges from 1-3 days for our fastest items and from 5-14 days for others, the exact timeline is always listed on the product page itself, so do check there before you order. Once made, it's sent free, worldwide, with tracking, taking a further 4-7 days to arrive. During busy seasons — especially Christmas and Valentine's Day, please order well in advance to make sure your piece arrives in time.

Need It Faster? Express shipping is available let us know! For $30, cutting delivery down to 3-5 working days once your piece is made. Please note express shipping speeds up delivery only, it doesn't shorten production time, so the making of your piece still follows the timeline above.
